Once dates and prices are agreed, the BOOKING CONTRACT FORM should be completed and submitted with a cheque for £200 deposit to the address below. CLICK HERE for the Booking Contract.

The balance is due 6 weeks before occupancy and the date will be indicated on the BOOKING CONFIRMATION that will be sent to you.

At the same time that the balance is paid, a separate security deposit will be required. held, and then immediately destroyed (or returned if requested) after the holiday providing that no damage has occurred.

Security deposit amounts are £150 for Cosy Cottage, £200 for Robins' Nest and £250 for Welcome Cottage.

Method of Payment

  1. Cheques - the preferred method.
  2. Money orders or bank drafts in sterling.
  3. Bank transfer - details provided on request if necessary. Send email to info@bourtoncottages to notify owners of deposit and include own bank account details for return of security deposit.
  4. PayPal to info@bourtoncottages.co.uk. Attach message with name, cottage, and dates to the payment.
